2018 February 20 Tuesday in Liberty Hill Texas

We had the 3Ws overnight, warm, wet, and windy.

The overnight low was 65° and we had three tenths of an inch of rain. I don’t know how strong the wind was overnight, however we had an ice chest full of empty aluminum cans (for recycle) on the deck that was blown off and over with cans scattered everywhere.

It was still raining lightly on our way to and from the senior center.

For about the last week Ella had head balance issues. She suspects that it may be related too the new medications that she is taking. So, she called her Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor and left a message on their answering service.

We also stopped at Dr. Chesshir’s office (without an appointment) hoping to get a consult.

He did manage to get her in and said that he would give her a referral to her ENT doctor.

The credit union is switching out our ATM/credit cards to ones that have chips. Ours arrived in today’s mail but we can’t activate them until the end of the month. Since a lot of our automatic payments run through our existing cards, I’ll need to go through them and update the card information.

The last time I had to do that, I forgot some of the things that only bill once or twice a year. That meant that after it became past due, I got phone calls or letters saying that I owe them money. Opps. I’ll try to not miss any of those this time.

Tuesday evening Cross Tracks Church has a prayer meeting and communion. It is held in the chapel, which is the original church building.

Tonight we remembered the seventeen people killed in the Florida school as well as praying for the survivors and the the gunman.
