26° feels like 14 under an overcast sky. It reached 33° for a minute or two.
We have a heated waterhose and I kept a kitchen faucet on a slow drip overnight to avoid frozen lines inside. We also opened cabinets where the water lines are located and directed a space heater into them.

We had more of a crowd than I expected at the Georgetown Senior Center.
