nce again I was unable to get to sleep until shortly before midnight. I might have gotten to sleep earlier if I hadn’t been having some lose bowel movements that kept me running. I know … too much information. However, this blog is also written FOR ME. It is a way to track my health issues. Along that line, I didn’t get a photo of the scale this morning but it read 299.0. I couldn’t believe that I hadn’t lost some pounds last night, let alone show that I’d gained some.
