2020 January 19 Sunday

2020 January 19 Sunday in Liberty Hill, Texas

slept eight hours! If the alarm hadn’t gone of at seven o’clock, I might have slept a whole lot more.

hirty three degrees that feels like twenty eight is cold, right? Before you answer that question, take a look below at the current temperature in our summer home.

eels like minus twenty three degrees. That’s what happens when it is five degrees below freezing and you add twenty five mile per hour winds. It’s enough to make a sane person think about moving somewhere warmer.

es, it is cold, but look at that sun this morning. Ain’t she beautiful? We’ve opened all the window shades on the eastern side of the RV to take in all of that solar heat, while we are at church. And it worked. It was 52° outside and 74.5° inside, with no heat on. It was so warm that we did not open the shades on the west side in the afternoon because it would have been too hot.

peaking of church here is pastor John Saint’s sermon at Cross Tracks Church, Liberty Hill, Texas. The sermon is titled “Come and See“.

lla is on a twenty four hour fast. She had breakfast at church. She had an “omelet” baked in a muffin cup and later an apple fritter. Then the fasting began. Nothing but clear liquids until after the CT scan tomorrow morning. Around noon she had a glass of chicken broth.

God bless and g’nite
